- All rates are for 2 guests, 1 RV and 1 Vehicle
- Lodging tax is applicable to all rates, except for Monthly Rates
- Discount Accepted: Good Sam
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits
- 6 days or less: equal to one night stay
- 1 - 3 weeks: $100
- Monthly: $200
cancellation policy
- A $15 cancel fee applies to all non-monthly RV cancellations made at least 72 hrs prior to the arrival date.
- All RV cancellations made within the 72 hrs to the arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
- A cancellation is deemed invalid unless you have received a cancellation confirmation via email. Without this confirmation, you will be liable for any applicable cancellation rules and charges.
- No refunds for early departure.
monthly reservation
- A $200 deposit is required at booking.
- Electric charges apply to all Monthly Reservations, including Winter Getaways
- Pets require a $50 nonrefundable pet fee.
- A $50 cancellation fee will apply to monthly reservations canceled two or more weeks prior to arrival date.
- Monthly cancellations that are within two weeks of the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
- There are no additional discounts available for monthly rates.
- Monthly rates are not available June - October.
