Arrival & Departure: Check-in is 2PM, and check-out by 12PM

Quiet Hours: 10PM - 7AM

RV Site

RV Standards: only clean, self-contained RVs in good repair allowed. Management reserves the right to refuse rentals to non-compliant RVs.
Tent: tents are not permitted.
Site Maintenance: Keep sites clean and litter-free. Advised against leaving coolers or valuables outside overnight. Laundry should not be hung from RVs, awnings, or clotheslines. No freezers or refrigerators outside of the RV. No patio storage boxes, no tarps or boarded up windows.
Chalk Usage: Is allowed.

Parking

Vehicle Placement: Vehicles should not obstruct roadways or site access. Park only in designated spaces and avoid parking on grass or in unoccupied sites.

Visitor Policy

Boat Maintenance

Cleaning Area: Use designated boat cleaning area for rinsing boats, motors, trailers, and equipment.

Pet Policy

Leash and Supervision: Pets must be on a maximum of 6' leash and not left unattended or kenneled outside.
Behavior: Aggressive or excessively barking pets must leave the park.
Cleanup: Use designated pet areas and clean up after pets. Disposable bags available at the park office. Not cleaning up after the pet is subject to a $20 cleaning fee.
Cats: Are subject to all pet rules. They are not allowed out to roam freely.
Cages and fences for pets are allowed only on the pavement or pavers at RV sites, not on the grass.

Trash Disposal

We offer at site garbage pickup. It must be tied in a plastic bag and placed at the end of the site for pickup at 9:00 am and/or 3:00 pm daily. Do not leave trash out overnight or more than 15 minutes before listed pickuptimes. Trash bins are still available throughout the park for your convenience. All shells and bait are to be deposited in the cans provided at the cleaning station area below the park office..

Campfire Regulations

Supervision: The Community Campfire must be attended to and extinguished when not in use.
Location and Size: Use low flames. Portable fire rings are allowed on concrete or gravel, not on grass.

Restrooms and Laundry Facilities

Access: Facilities are for guests and their visitors, secured with combination locks.
Laundry Schedule: Sign-up sheet available for efficient use.

Community Room:

It is located below the park office and is open daily during office hours. Please follow all rules posted inside the Community Room. If reserved, the community room is for private use only and not available to other guests.

Park Grounds Usage

Foot Bridges: for walking only.
ATVs Dirt Bikes: not permitted within the park.
Sidewalk Chalk: is allowed.
Use of bicycles, scooters, roller skates, roller blades, and skateboards are permitted on the paved streets only. They are not to be ridden on walkways, sidewalks, around buildings, landscaped areas, or the office entrance and parking lot.
Please don't climb fences, creek banks, trees, or rock walls within the park. Playing in, near, or along the boat basin, or creek areas is dangerous and not allowed.

Seafood Processing

Cleaning Stations: Located below the park office for crabs, clams, and fish. Pets are prohibited in this area.
Waste Disposal: Dispose cleaning waste in provided containers.
Cooking: Personal Crab Cookers allowed on concrete or gravel areas. Dispose of water through site's sewer connection.

Child Supervision

Parental Responsibility: Parents must ensure children abide by park rules. No unattended children under 7 years of age are allowed in the office or the restaurant.

Lawn Maintenance

Vehicle Washing

RV Washing: Allowed once per visit on-site.
Professional Detailing: Detailers must be licensed and insured.
Restrictions: No washing of cars, trucks, or saltwater equipment at the campsite. Must use biodegradable products.
Take it off Tuesday: You are permitted to wash your vehicles at no cost on Tuesdays. A $10 fee is required for vehicle washing on any other day. This fee also applies if you hire someone to clean the RV.
