Deposits
- A $200 deposit is required at booking. $100 of that deposit will be applied upon arrival, the other $100 will be reversed at the end of stay.
- Pets require a $50 nonrefundable pet fee per pet.
Cancellation Policy
- A $50 cancellation fee will apply to monthly reservations canceled two or more weeks prior to arrival date.
- Monthly cancellations that are within two weeks of the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeit.
