Yes. Reservations 1-6 days will be charged a deposit equal to one night's stay, 1-3 weeks will be charged a deposit of $100, and stays 1-month or longer will be charged a deposit of $200. See the Monthly Reservation FAQs for reservation requests greater than 30 days.

RV Site: Yes. Adults ages 17 and over are $10.00/day. Plus, applicable taxes.
Boats: For safety, the boat rentals do not offer an option for additional people.
Yes. There is a 10% County Tax and a 1.5% State Lodging Tax per night. A total of 11.5% in taxes for RV and Vacation rental stays.
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for Good Sam members.
RV Park: Check-in is at 2 p.m., and check-out is 12 p.m.
Boat Rentals: Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled launch time.
Vacation Rentals: Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m.
Upon arrival, all guests are kindly requested to proceed to our campground office for check-in. At this point, they'll finalize any remaining payments and collect their information package before heading to their designated location.
Yes. After-hours instructions will be provided on the day of your reservation.
Yes, if possible. It must be authorized by the office in advance. Additional fees may apply.
RV Park: No, our standard policy does not enforce minimum stays.
Vacation Rentals: A minimum of 2 nights.
While we don't guarantee specific site numbers, we make every effort to honor requests for preferences like satellite-friendly spots, shaded areas, or pull-through locations.
Cancellation FAQs:
-For reservations lasting between 1 day to 3 weeks, a cancellation made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 1 pm) will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
-Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
-A $50 cancel fee applies to all cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. -Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
-24 hours advance notice to receive a full refund of your $50 boat rental deposit.
-No show, no calls or more than 15 minutes late to the appointed check-in time is an automatic cancellation and no refund will be given.
There are no refunds for early departure.
You're welcome to adjust or alter your reservation after making it. However, please note that modifying the dates of an existing reservation is subject to availability and our minimum notice requirements.
A cancellation is deemed invalid unless you have received a cancellation confirmation via email. Without this confirmation, you will be liable for any applicable cancellation rules and charges.
Pet Policy FAQs:
RV Park: Yes. Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash when outside of the RV and they must be kept under control and never unattended.
Vacation Rentals: Dogs under 10 lbs. are welcome with prior approval and for a fee.
Boat Rentals: Yes. Dogs are allowed on the boats, but we do not recommend it. For safety, pets are not allowed near the staging area.
Yes. Pens and fences are permitted on the concrete or gravel in RV sites, but not on the grass. The dog cannot be left unattended.
We don't have any specific dog-breed restrictions. However, we do ask that your dog be non-aggressive and well-behaved while in the RV park or vacation rental. Aggressive dogs will be required to be removed from the park.
We offer pet walking areas throughout the park.

Yes. We have coin-operated washers/dryers. The cost is $2 per wash and dry. We have quarters available in the office.
We offer Wi-Fi access; however, please note that the reliability of the service may vary. We recommend considering alternative options such as bringing your satellite or hotspot for a more reliable level of access based on your needs.

Yes. Use of a portable fire ring is allowed on concrete or gravel only.
Yes. It must be used on pavers or concrete, not on the grass.

Yes. Guests must follow the 5 MPH speed limit and one-way streets within the park. They cannot be ridden/driven on the decks or bridges.
No. Tent and vehicle camping is not permitted. Please contact our sister park, Camper Cove RV Park & Campground, 20 minutes south on the 101, for tent and vehicle camping options.
Yes, however, no stakes are allowed in the ground. Weights are a good alternative.

Our park can accommodate up to 45’ RV’s.
No. There are no age restrictions for RVs in our park. However, we do require that all vehicles are fully functional. For monthly stays we ask for prior approval of the RV before confirmation.

Group Bookings FAQs:
Yes. Please contact the office for availability.
Yes. We have a dedicated indoor space for events or group gatherings. This space includes a full kitchen and restroom and can comfortably accommodate seating for approximately 16-18 people.
No special rates or amenities for groups; regular rates apply.
We suggest booking group stays as far in advance as you can. We highly suggest making group reservations a year in advance.
Monthly Reservation FAQs:
No. Our monthly stays are 6 months maximum and are offered from November through May.
For stays greater than 30 days, please fill out our Monthly Application form. Our management team will carefully review your application and typically reach out to you within 48 hours.
Yes. A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your last month’s electricity fee, with the remainder released at the end of your stay.
-Pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee
-Electricity is calculated at the end of each month via metered reading.
No. There are no additional discounts available for monthly rates.
-A $50 cancel fee will apply to monthly reservations canceled 2 or more weeks before the arrival date.
-Monthly cancellations that are within 2 weeks of the arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
